To claim your gift card, just follow a few simple steps.

1. Fill out the form within seven days of your rental completion date. You can claim this promotion by making a new reservation or by entering details for an existing one.

2. Check your email for confirmation.

3. Your gift card will be sent via email at the end of the promotion period. If your trip was five or fewer days, you will receive $50. If your trip was six or more days, you will receive $70. No minimum mileage is required.

1.       To be eligible for this Gas Reimbursement Promotion (this “Promotion”), you must be a legal resident of the United States who is 25 years or older at the time of entry and a renter of an RV listed on RVshare’s website. Your rental reservation must start between the period of March 18, 2026 and June 18, 2026. You must have a valid U.S. mailing address to be eligible. Limit one Promotion submission per RV-rental reservation. Attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using multiple emails, addresses, accounts or other means may be rejected. 

2.       I understand the Promotion term is from March 18, 2026  and June 18, 2026, or while supplies last (“Term”). The Term may be extended at RVshare’s sole discretion. To qualify for a Promotion, these conditions must be satisfied: 1) the application must be submitted to RVshare within 7 days of the end of your rental date; and 2) you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions; and 3) Promotion funding is still available given it is depleted on a first-come, first serve basis until the Promotion funds are no longer available. If all Promotion requirements are met, in RVshare’s sole discretion, a gift card will be emailed to you at the email used in your RV-rental reservation generally within 12 weeks, unless your application is selected for verification, which may take additional time.

3.       Promotion offerings and Promotion amounts may change without notice during the Term. These terms and conditions and the application requirements may be modified or terminated without prior notice. Complete applications must be submitted to RVshare within 7 days of the end of your rental date.

4.       You understand only complete applications can be processed for the Promotion. Failure to submit a complete application may result in rejection of a submitted application. Re-submitted applications will be processed first-come, first-served, based on the re-submittal date. Complete applications must include all required application information and all information must match the information provided in your RV-rental reservation. RVshare will not be responsible for items lost or destroyed in transit through electronic medium (including any lost, late, missing, or misdirected applications).

5.       RVshare is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by applicants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of applications; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Promotion funds. If for any reason your application is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is another application for the Promotion.
